Good June all,
The unofficial start to summer!
First, I want to thank all of you for the birthday wishes and the celebration. The love that was shown was above and beyond what I ever could imagine. And the wearing of the flannel, I loved it. It even got some people talking on Facebook from one of our congregants’ photos.
I also want to thank those who joined the church; it is always good to see so many people step up to being disciples for the transformation of the world. One of the best ways to do that is to proclaim that you are part of the church and do the work of Christ. I see each one of you doing this through all the things we do here in Motley. Thank you.
Lastly, I know that summer is almost here. Take time for yourself and enjoy the warmth. But always remember that there is a place for you at church. I know how busy we can get, but still, we would love to see you as often as you can make it to worship.

I will be on vacation from July 1st through the 13th. Chris will be filling in on July 7th.
