2024 Annual Conference

The 170th session of the Minnesota Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will be held May 29-30, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. each day, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington (7800 Normandale Blvd, Bloomington). Drawing from Isaiah 43:1, the theme of this year’s Annual Conference is “Jesus. Redeemer.”

Hotel rooms: Available at $149 per night and can be reserved at Doubletree Reservations.

Pre-conference calls: May 13 or 14, 7-8:30 p.m., online. It is required for all conference participants to attend one of these calls before attending Annual Conference. 

Clergy Session: May 28, 12:30-4:30 p.m. Clergy Session is required for all clergy under appointment or assignment and optional for all other clergy.

Pre-conference workshops: May 28. Open to all. More details to come.

Service of Celebration: May 29, 7 p.m., Hennepin Avenue UMC, Minneapolis. Come for this celebration of ordination, commissioning, licensing, associate membership, and retirement.
